The LEGO Group has launched the highly anticipated line of LEGO Fortnite sets on July 23, 2024, which are now available for pre-order. The four new sets include: Durrr Burger, Supply Llama, Peely Bone and Battle Bus set. The new range is the first-ever range of LEGO sets inspired by characters, locations and objects from the survival crafting game LEGO Fortnite.

What is Lego Fortnite?
To understand Lego Fortnite, you must first understand what Fortnite is. This is an online game developed by Epic Games that provides three different game modes: the cooperative shooting survival game “Fortnite: Save the World”, which can play with up to four people. Players fight zombie-like creatures and build fortifications; the free battle royale game “Fortnite Battle Royale” supports up to 100 players; and the free sandbox game “Fortnite: Creative” allows players to create their own islands.
Lego Fortnite is the first gaming experience in a long-term partnership between Epic Games and the LEGO Group in December 2023, aiming to create a fun and safe digital space for children and families. LEGO Fortnite Durrr Burger(No.77070)
Durrr Burger is a fictional fast food chain in the Fortnite universe. It can be seen in some of Save the World’s suburb areas, in Battle Royale, and can currently be found in Party Royale.
The eyes of this burger are all protruding and the long and exaggerated tongue is quite scary. I think it can be used to scare people on April Fool’s Day, and it should have a good effect.
LEGO Fortnite Supply Llama(No.77071)
Usually referred to by the community as Loot Llama or just Llama, is a loot cache available in Battle Royale. Only 5 Supply Llamas exist per match, with their locations chosen at random. They can be opened by holding the “interact” key on them, similar to a Treasure Chests. They can also be broken with the Pickaxe or shot at with any weapon, which still drops the items inside.
Understand what Supply Llama is, and let’s look at the Lego model. Its top and sides can be opened, and a large number of items are stored inside. Camels are a very important resource in the endless desert, and so is it. I started to ask for supplies from it.
LEGO Fortnite Peely Bone(No.77072)

According to my understanding, he was born from a character named Jonesy who passed through a crack with a banana in the game! ? What a strange setting, even the characters.
Half of the model is a banana, and the other half shows bones and organs. It looks a bit scary. It reminds me that many model toys on the market adopt this style. LEGO Fortnite Battle Bus set(No.77073)
The Battle Bus is the bus in Battle Royale. It is a modified bus that flies over the map using a balloon on top of it. The bus looks like a school bus but is blue and says “Battle Bus” on the back rather than school bus, and there appears to be a party going on inside.
This bus is so cool. It is equipped with a device that looks like a robotic arm. There is a hot air balloon on the roof, so it can fly into the sky. I think it should be renamed an air bus. The roof can be opened, and there are 9 seats inside the bus, which can accommodate 9 people. The shape of each minifigures is very unique.
Personal opinion
Of the four sets, my favorite is the LEGO Fortnite Battle Bus set. Because I think the design of the bus combined with the hot air balloon is very creative, and there are many cool minifigures.
If you want to design a MOC with bone-related themes, you can consider LEGO Fortnite Peely Bone, because in addition to referring to the bones of this model, you can also learn the design of organs. Few LEGO sets currently released have detailed models of bones and organs at the same time, which can be used as a reference for creating MOC.
