    The Nightmare Before Christmas

Spiral Hill, Jack Skellington’s house and Town Hall can be seen on the front of the box. RIP, WITCH HAZEL, Eyes on the Door, 035 DAYS TO XMAS and Town Hall’clock could be stickers.

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

On the back of the box, you will see three models full of Christmas atmosphere. Santa Claus is lying on his side in the Bathtub. The Bathtub is the primary source of transportation for Lock, Shock, and Barrel in the 1993 stop motion film, The Nightmare Before Christmas. It was Also used to kidnap Santa Claus.

Jack Skellington stood on a coffin-shaped podium holding a bag in his left hand. I guessed he might be announcing his Christmas plans.

    Minifigures

The pictures above, from left to right, are Zero, Jack Skellington, Sally, Mayor, Santa Claus, Lock, Barrel and Shock. Zero’s shape is very cute, Mayor is made of bricks, and some Minifigures have two expression replacements. Unfortunately, Oogie Boogie is forgotten.

    The Completed Model

    Spiral Hill

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

Spiral Hill is an iconic scene in the movie. I think it is well designed, especially against the huge yellow moon, and the more dreamy aperture is charming.

I’m very curious about the material of the moon. If the moon is a fabric element, I want the surface to be smooth and wrinkle-free, so as to maintain its perfect visual effect.

In addition to the tombstones, there is Zero’s dog house on the ground. Unfortunately, the dog house is too small to enter.

    Jack Skellington’s house

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

Fans of the movie will be impressed by the unique house. The originally twisted and weird shape has now become relatively straight, with only the chimney still retaining its strange curved shape.

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

When you lift the movable roof, you will see the Christmas decorations. It turns out that this small house also hides a romantic Christmas secret. However, the small interior space makes people feel a little cramped for the residents inside.

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

There is a fountain filled with green liquid in front of the Town Hall, and the stone statues on the fountain have a unique artistic feel. The decoration in front of the Town Hall looks like a fabric element, while those sloping columns add to the character of the building.

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

The roof can be lifted to store items, and there is a skeleton and other items hidden under the house. The interior space of the house is also very small and cannot accommodate many people.

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

    Personal opinion

Zero is so cute and Spiral Hill is very beautiful. But compared with the original Ideas submission by Simon Scott, you may be disappointed. Not to mention that the model has been downsized and simplified in design, Jack Skellington’s house has become completely different. From the perspective of a loyal fan of the movie, this is really hard to accept.
